Preparing the Induction Program Implementation Guidebook in schools and relat documents such as KTSP, syllabus, school regulations and rules for both teachers and students, first aid procures, school security procures;

Appointing a mentor from a teacher

Making a decision letter for appointing teachers as mentors for novice teachers;

Regularly monitor the mentoring and development process of novice teachers

Monitor the performance of the appealing to strong emotions supervising teacher in providing guidance!

Providing performance alb directory appraisals to beginning teachers!
Prepare a Performance Assessment Results Report to be submitt to the Head of the ucation Office by considering input and suggestions from mentors! school/madrasah supervisors! and provide a copy of the report to novice teachers.
