  • The concept of the “15-minute city” is becoming one of the leading urban planning models and involves the location of hospitals, schools, offices, shops, cafes and various entertainment venues at a distance that a person can walk or ride a bike in 15 minutes. To achieve this, modern urbanists build mixed-use buildings, design integrated recreation areas and bike routes, and use technologies that reduce energy consumption and emissions.
