The team was selected by me from colleagues from previous places of work. These are real, time-tested professionals, in their fields (marketing, development, programming, law, personnel, accounting), but also capable of “working with their hands”. Highly qualified people worked on the project without monetary compensation for the first 6 months. Two of them later became investors.
The technical task was written in two days
Namely, days with a break for 2-3 hours of sleep. In another two days, a clickable prototype was created. After discussing the nuances and clarifying the minimum requirements for the formation of personal accounts for the customer and the contractor, four developers began to work on creating an MVP.
The service was connected on 09.12.2020. My husband and I were the first clients. We decided to test the product there until we connected new customers.

The franchisee of a whatsapp number list well-known pizza chain with a request to conduct a test and launch a pilot. On December 12, we had 5 objects! We launched a pilot with the franchisee of a large pizza chain. Together with them, we finalized our personal accounts for the customer according to the requirements and standards set.
On December 16, 6 more restaurants joined us, and on December 29, 7 more. There were only 10 of us, working for free day and night for the idea. Only the performers and call center workers received cash rewards every day.
We invested all the small profits
From the project into posting vacancies and the product. By the end of January, there were already 22 restaurants. In only adb directory managers February, there were 39. In June, the office employees were able to receive their first reward.
Main difficulties
One of the main only physical address, directions and branches managers problems is the lack of performers. Currently, 90% of our employees are couriers, order pickers, cleaners, as well as performers providing services in the retail and HORECA segment.
